MTN not able or willing to unblock/unblaclist a retrieved lost phone

I lost my phone on the 26th of October 2023I reported it lost at MTN Woodlands Pretoria. They blacklisted the phone.I retrieved it on the 16th of November 2023. I followed the instructions from the call centre and gave a statement at the Garsfontein Police station.I took the affidavit to MTN Branch at Menlyn Maine to unblacklist my phone. Since then MTN has had me running in circles with email requests and phone call follow up’s to try to get my phone unblacklisted. It is still blacklisted and MTN is ignoring my emails to rectify this problem. I had to buy a new phone at astronomical costs while I have a perfectly functioning phone in my possession. This is very bad and *********** service and VERY frustrating !,
