MTN not abiding to CPA

So according to the CPA I should be allowed to return and item purchased or cancel any contract without paying any penalties. Unfortunately, due to being misinformed about a device, and being sold the phone I do not want.

MTN volksrust refuses to now cancel the contract or change the device.

The CPA clearly states I am allowed to do that.
