MTN not a pleasure.

I was offered a cell contract through a 3rd party on the MTN network. This offer was to include a device. I only received two sim cards delivered to me by courier. When I made contact to clarify I was told that the offer did not include a device. I requested a cancellation and was given a cancellation number. I also asked where I could send the sim cards back to and was told that I should just destroy them, which I did. I found out yesterday that MTN had listed me on ITC after this. Trying to find someone to speak to at MTN is an absolute waste of time. Won't ever recommend anyone to use them as a service provider as their service is non existent.
