MTN NOT a comminucations company
After being contacted by MTN direct on 3rd aug they changed the contract. Now the 0824***X40 has been deactivated. After successfully making contact with MTN ZASerice on Twitter on 9th Aug they acknowledged my query and then started with a ghosting campaign and simply stopped replying to any messages ....? In the meantime, my business cell number that I've used for over 25 years is just 'not in service' and MTN seem ok with it!!

23 Aug 2023, 09:0912 days later, with 5 assurances that my query has been escalated for solving my "no service" complaint and WOW!! they simply just cancel my service after 15 years ..... Truly NOT a communications company.
