MTN not a Bozza network dont be fooled by this

MTN is so very disgusting wish i could curse them but that wont solve any issues to anyone reading this please do help i think its time i take legal action with mtn please do advise or help me, There is a payment that i have made for the month of April 2021 i made a payment in the month of May sent a EFT proof of payment to alot of people and each time they suspended my lines i would call them and tell them a payment was made they would unsuspend my lines when i ask why are they suspending my lines i am told there is a payment that they havent allocated on their side now i need to suffer i have alot of reference numbers and communication that i have sent to mtn and all that have asked for Proof of payment , i would be very happy if i could get assistance with such on whoever is reading we are in December today and they still havent allocated my payment and my lines are suspended.. Great help would be appreciated
