MTN Northgate fails again

MTN Northate what an abominable excuse for a business. A large store is full of employees who are not interested to perform any duties. No contract SIM cards are available in the store. No attempt to resolve issues or complaints. It is obvious that customers are an irritation and an interruption to their busy day of browsing, chatting, and playing on their mobiles. Who is in charge of that pathetic establishment? After 24 years of being an MTN client, it is shocking to see the mess this business has become.
