MTN Northgate

In January 2023 i purchased a contract from MTN Northgate with a Samsung smar****ch, the watch didn't last and it was returned to the MTN Store where we purchased the contract. The manager promised to provide feedback re the watch, 3 weeks later, i visited the shop again for a follow-up and the manager was unable to provide any feedback. Non of the staff is offering any explanation! Worst service ever!
