MTN Northgate

I app**** for a cell phone contract at MTN Northgate on Sunday the 11 November, Received an sms with an account number … Later that day I received a call saying my application had been declined, when questioning the person calling I was informed that it was due to an MTN account been in legal- I adviced her that I am disputing it and she said she will call back the Monday 12 November. Monday came and went no contact Tuesday came and went .Wednesday 13 November I contacted the MTN customer service and was advised that the same account number sms'd to me Sunday was in fact the account that was in legal (keep in mind I have an active MTN Data sim card).. I got the shock of my life I went to MTN campass square they said they can not assist it will look suspicious on the account I must wait for Northgate to contact me. Furious I left the store... Called Northgate a consultant was on leave gave me an alternate number to call... Spoke to the sales rep said he motivated for my application and infact its been approved ? REALLY? He said he had a Gold phone I reminded him of my request been black and his reassurance of his obtaining it. He said he would go to Mall of Africa the next day and give me a call....That would of meant I would of received a phone by the 15 November … My dear it the 23 November … Not so much as an sms… So much for Service hey....!
