Mtn - nonsense

Good day

It has been almost a month ago that I upgraded my contract and up until today I have not received my promotional 20gig data. What nonsense is this? I spoke to a consultant and I went to the shop and phoned to log a call which the shop assistant said that she has done.

I have decided, as a loyal mtn customer, that this will be the last time that I will upgrade. I have been a customer for years now and I expect at least loyalty from mtn service provider as well. As soon as the 2 years of this contact has passed, I will most definitely go to another service provider because I cannot phone and walk after promotional data which is supposed to be part of my package!!
