MTN Nonsense!
Thank you for messing me around. I waited 2 weeks for my new phone & nothing. I spoke to 2 MTN agents as well as a Mondo agent to upgrade my contract. I was told I qualify, I'm approved, that I'd be contacted by the courier service & I would get my phone within 7 to 10 working days, but I haven't received any call or feedback from MTN or the courier... This service & run around is unacceptable!

26 Aug 2022, 11:10To add to my frustration, I called to cancel my contract & have been holding on for 12mins only for the call to be answered, but the agent is not talking on the other end & this went on for 2 mins... I mean really? Is this the service we get?

01 Sept 2022, 12:47So today is 01/09/2022, I received a call from an MTN agent on 26/08/2022 who advised that he would be escalating the matter to management & promised to contact me by 27/08/2022 yet I am still waiting for this call... Hello?

I called in again to cancel my contract, was on hold for 32mins & when someone decided to eventually answer my call, cut the call while talking to the agent - I LOVE THIS SERVICE!!!
