Mtn nonsense

MTN South Africa we try to be calm with you guys but you have a way to wrong your customers.Yesterday MTN Pine Crest i did a sim swap which i paid for then was told it takes 2-24 hours but i saw that it will not happen coz your Champion sim swapped my original number not tje one reqiested then.I called 135 around19:00 and was told by Thandeka it will be done in 24hours now its 19:10 of the following day i called again spoke to Anelisa and was told it was not succefull and i must go back to the shop not asking how far is the damn shop or if is there a Mtn store where i reside then she decides to redo the sim swap after telling her that the security questions will not be succefull hence i was sent to a police station for an affidavit and proof of address to avoid this mess but as per usuall MTN Service Champion mess things up
