MTN Nonsense!

The worst service provider with a bunch of lazy team. Someone *****ulently took a cellphone with my details and they tried to debit my account twice. I notified MTN that i did not apply nor receive any cellphone from MTN, they still went ahead and listed me on credit bureau for non payment. A lady from MTN phoned and confirmed that she will fix everything. To date nothing has been done and this is affecting my credit score. I'm at a point of referring this to my lawyer to intervene. You are a bad service provider and i will never associate myself with you guys if your system can be so easily *****ed. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
