MTN Non Service providing

My phone was taken from me at gunpoint on the 24th of Feb 25. Phoned MTN to block my SIM card. Bought new SIM card and did a SIM swap. From there it is an endless nightmare to reconnect my nr to the MTN network. Phoned several times in the now 2week period. Every time they can't find a fault on their side ...yet I am stuck with "your service has been suspended, please call your service provider." Then I call them to recieve yet another ticket nr. I do recieve calls, but then the calls get dropped. I cannot load airtime or access the MTN app. I cannot phone out.
