MTN - NON-SERVICE PROVIDER

I live in Sabie, Mpumalanga. We don't have fibre here. I rely on an LTE router that uses the MTN tower. For the past two months, the tower signal strength has mainly been 3 out of 5 bars. As such, the internet doesn't work. I complained to MTN who finally responded that they would look into it. Since then, despite further complaints, they have not responded, nor rectified the problem. My business relies on the internet and therefore, I cannot conduct my business. I am cancelling my contract and moving to another service provider. One cannot complain about MTN's service because there is no service to complain about !
