MTN Non Performance

We stay in a small town called Kwambonambi, some 25 kilometres north of Richards Bay. A dynamic business little place that relies heavily on good and reliable communication services - something that is not forthcoming from MTN lately. We are experiencing regular loss of communication (Wi-Fi/Calls) and their constant excuse of "the tower is out of service), is just not acceptable anymore. If they can't fix it, get rid of the maintenance people involved and get competent staff that can do the work. MTN can very quickly remind one that one's monthly payment is due and are even faster in severing one's services for nonpayment on time, but when it comes to supplying a reliable phone service to its customers, they are off having parties celebrating their huge profits. Advise MTN to exchange their accounts department with their maintenance teams!
