MTN non lasting airtime/ bundles

I bought 1 gig this morning-this usually last me a week but with very minimal usage it got depleted by evening time. I tried to recharge 3 times but each time the airtime disappeared leaving with too little to buy 1 gig again!!!I lost R175 on disappearing airtime / bundles today. Please send me a statement of where my airtime and bundles went
