MTN Non Existing Service

Doing business with MTN is like pulling teeth, its painfull, its dragged out forever and nothing happens like promised. My daughter had a month to month data contract which she cancelled last Wednesday morning through their Call Centre. It took 3 days before it showed as cancelled. We tried to port the MTN nr to Telkom - another 3 days later and she still did not receive the porting pin. Please people go anywhere else just not MTN - MOST TERRIBLE NOTHINGNESS
