MTN non existing Customer Service

<p>For 36 hours now I am trying to port a number from Vodacom to MTN. I am trying all means available by SMS but do not get an confirmation SMS. Last night I tried to get hold of their Customer Service. After holding in for 41 minutes I eventually put the phone down. This morning I tried again and after 19 minutes I put the phone down again. What Customer Service is this??? MTN, I want to give you business. Just get your Customer Service up to par. </p>
