MTN Non Existent Customer Service

I went with my husband on Tuesday to renew his cellphone contract. Initially we went to Hillcrest Corner. There was only a MTN kiosk, the female working there was busy eating, when I asked where a MTN store is so that we could renew the contract she continued to eat and responded with a mouth full of food. We could not understand what she was saying initially but eventually worked out that we had to go to Christians Village, across the road from Hillcrest Corner. We then went there, a female was sitting behind the desk, she just looked at us. DId not greet or ask if she could assist. We then explained what we were there for, she was short and abrupt. Did not even ask if we would like to sit down. If this is the way MTN allows their staff to treat customers, I highly recommend people take their business to a customer friendly service provider instead of MTN.
