MTN- Non delivery of Free Samsung TV

I had taken out a new contract with MTN on the 17/08/2018 for a Samsung Note 8. All was good with the delivery which was on time etc no issues, until i received an email from MTN online telling me i get a free Samsung 32" TV. They then requested my TV license etc. Two weeks went by and no response from MTN regarding the delivery of this TV. I contacted MTN and was told all my details have been sent to Samsung whom will contact me regarding the delivery. I wait another week and contact Samsung, which they claim to have no details of or know of any promotions regarding a free Samsung TV. All i know i was told i get a free TV and i would like to have my TV.
