MTN non-customer care

I have requested on 15th October that the International Roaming on my wife's phone number ***) be removed. Case No.: BO ***. I have given 48 hours for the matter to be resolved but up to this point and time, I cannot use the phone. After spending more than 30 minutes per call with MTN, being promised that the matter is escalated and that no response was received from the so-called back office, we still have no resolution.
