MTN Node to Node Failure

My phone's internet keeps connecting and disconnecting so the internet service is very much intermittent. I have tried phoning endless times MTN numbers. All refer back to the 135 number. They reset the connection and the problem still persists. The 135 number staff keeps telling me to phone other numbers i.e. 1555 or *** but all revert back to 135. I went in to MTN Cresta and they wanted me to do a SIM swap without guaranteeing that it will fix the problem. I later went back to MTN Cresta and found Lesego who said they have had plenty customers having the same problem and it is called a n2n failure (node to node failure) and he will log it so that it can be fixed on MTN side. I still have not heard from anyone at MTN and the problem still persists.
