MTN- NO WHERE YOU GO

I called MTN A MILLION TIMES with regards to the problem I currently have. Everytime I call, their consultants put me through voice prompts that DONT have an option of being transferred to ANYONE. MY NUMBER HAS BEEN HIDDEN FOR LORD KNOWS WHY. I have put my sim card in 4 different phones, thinking it's my phone's settings, but STILL. WHY IS MY NUMBER HIDDEN MTN??? TJERRRRRR!!!
