MTN... No voucher as promised

Good day,

I have app**** for a new contract. The phones have arrived today, but no Pick and Pay Voucher. The deal included a free phone and a PnP voucher. No voucher received and no one can provide answers. I have spoken to numerous consultants and everyone has been giving me the run around. Please urgently get back to me??
