MTN no support get rid of I-TALK as a 3rd party

Avoid MTN Online Feb 2025 I app**** for a contract. I Talk called me saying there is no stock on device, took another device stating that it came a watch. Got device no watch called I talk and MTN but no one was able to assist, send 2 days being shifted between companies. I decided I don't want the contract and was advised to return device to MTN store. Returned device IRMS number given called I talk and gave details. Called every month when I recieve an invoice but I-TALK never comes back I can't deal with MTN as I-TALK helped with contract yet MTN hands me over not fair. MTN has now handed me over to Debt collectors where I have to pay over R10000 this is unfair as I did my part.
