Mtn - No support from "Customer Experience Agent"

I have received the worst service from Mtn Supersonic.

I'm trying to have my existing supersonic fibre line moved to my new residence. I'm being sent from pillar to post. No help from the supposed Customer Experience agent, Tsholofelo Mashego.

Dear MTN. This sister company is a disgrace to your name. The staff who are meant to help, are EXCTREMELY unhelpful.

My issue is not being resolved. I am not getting help. I'm paying for a service I cannot use.

Feel like I'm less than a number to this company.
