MTN No Stuck in Rica process.

Dear MTN My no has been stuck in a RICA process since February 23. That is 11 DAYS now My tablet sim. Was Rica in 1 day but my prepaid Mtn sim. No this was cut switch of onFeb 23 I cannot make calls nor received them, Nor can I get OTP to pay accounts I have had enough of this, You either fix it or cancel my contract and I gladly move to Vodacom This is the worst service I received in the last decade The mtn shop keep sending emails and logging calls but nothing get sorted with the other department Payment was due in the 1st for the contract but I have not been able to use it for the last 10 days I will not pay a cent until this is resolved I have sent a complaint email. Nothing so far I have mesage on facebook and now here but not service so far ***Regards Francois
