MTN: no stock, wait forever

App**** for new contract/package and phone, which was approved. I was told by the store that they had no stock, and will source it from elsewhere. It would take 3 days... it's now 9 days later NO PHONE yet. I went there yesterday to inquire and was promised that it will arrive this morning - nothing... I called another store, they also didn't have any stock, and couldn't even find stock in the region. They said they had another (similar) phone and package, but I will have to re-apply from start and I'm guessing that will take another 2 weeks... In today's fast paced economy, can you afford this? Do you want new business or not?
