MTN no stock sales

MTN Mobile Plus phoned me on 8 Feb 2021 and we settled my upgrade. My new handset will be delivered within 14 days. And then they vanished in thin air. I Had to follow-up with them on ***and this is not a free of charge number. Guess what, they do not have stock. How do you sell something if you do not have stock? I am still waiting for them to contact me. I have upgraded to a Samsung A21s. Reference number MP-***2-1 /2 / 3. Ronell van Tonder
