MTN no sistem and getting a contract through their website and the people contacting you is a third party????

My wife tried to get a Mtn data contract from MTN in the kolonade in the start of August. They had a 40 gig special. After suplying everything we were told she will be phoned. Went back twice with the same message! They did not phone her back ever.

After the second time going back thought if the walk in store is so mismanaged i will get a data contract on their website! After 2 weeks from sending a message and getting the prosses started I were delivered a sim card and modem with no further instructions! So set it up but no internet! First i was told the data will be available at the start of september. September no data. Start phoning and was told after a lot of phone conversations that the sim have to be registered. This is the fifth week after i received the Sim and today i was told my contract was done through a third party and will have to call them??? How is this possible i went onto The MTN website!!

I can understand now why MTN is losing customers this is the worst dealings i had with a cellular company basically any company ever!!!
