MTN - No sinal on farm for 2 weeks already!!!!!!

My family stays on a farm in the Boons district, North West. They are all MTN clients for years as well as a number of families on farms in the same district. We are greatly concerned about their safety as we all know in South Africa that farm ******s are a reality. The MTN signal was lost on 9 July 2019 - already 2 WEEKS!!!!! They did manage to escalate the problem to regional level (Swartruggens area) with no avail!!!! We need urgent assistance in this matter!!!!
