MTN no signal in area, due to no backup power sources

MTN Coverage issues is a problem in Witbank Ben Fleur Extension and surrounding areas. MTN does NOT have backup batteries/UPS/Generators at their towers, and if they have it's damaged as the signal dies immediately when the loadshedding starts. Have been reporting this for 5 months now, and had to renew my contract, only to have no service now, but I'm still paying...If this goes on, MTN will have to cancel my contract with NO penalties, as MTN cannot provide the service, and it's a breach of my service agreement with them.
