MTN no signal

I live in a mountain region near a town called haenertsburg, being a forest region aswell we have a lot of power cuts due to rain and and trees failing on lines, resently every time the power goes out we lose MTN and only MTN signal and then it doesn't return when the power returns, last time it toke 7 days to return with MTN only give the excuse that it was broken. The power went out again today and still no signal . Wonder how long we must what this time
