MTN no signal
We as a family has a contract with MTN for the last 15 years. 2 Years ago they set up a MTN(5G) tower about 400m from our house. Since then we have no reception when we have Loadshedding.
This does not make any sense so I've been asking around the neighborhood and people with CellC and Vodacom does not have the same problem.
My questions is, what happens if there is a emergency during this time? We are 100% dependent on our cellphones to be operational and this is not the case.
MTN should be held responsible and this issue should be attended to as soon as possible.
Our are located in Saldanha.
Could someone look into this and give us some feedback.
