MTN no signal.

No signal . Struggling form 17 April till now for someone for MTN to come back to me about the problem. Sending mails only got n ref number. 25min call to the center only a ref number. I want to know when is the problem going to be fix. Mtn has no signal but Vodacom has full network signal. So why can't MTN do something.
