MTN - No service, terrible experience

I did a contract renewal online with MTN on the 24th of Nov 2023 (black Friday special) that included a new phone. as of 2 Jan 2024 I still have not received my phone nor can I get hold of anyone who can help me. *** email just send me placation's *** email just ignores me the MTN Chat on whats app is ridiculously bad and you can't talk to an agent unless you go through one of their few things they can do and then the agent just fobs you off and kills the chat phoning 135 just leaves you at menu promts that don't have relevant options to follow up on this issue so is a dead end I have been into an MTN store but they can't help as I ordered on line so that is also a dead end. I am trying complaints now but based on the above I am not holding out much hope.
