Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.
Kindly note that we tried contacting you. Upon further investigation we have picked up that the balance you see is for the "entertainment pass" (promotional data) that you received for your upgrade. This was allocated on the 15.10.2018 , it allows you to connect to social media platforms. Each platform has allocated data that would add up to 14gigs.I see that you have been using the promotional data. You may have tried to connect to a site that does not fall under "entertainment pass (promo data)" thus the error message.
Please contact customer care on 135 for further explanation regarding the "entertainment pass" (promotional data).
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
