MTN NO SERVICE

For the past 3 months No Service/No Signal here in Hankey/Patensie in the Gamtoos Valley. 90% of the time No Service. Can you please do something about this poor service as our Security Systems depends on good connection.

I am a Contract Holder with MTN, but no service.

Or are you forcing us to change to a different Service Provider?
