Mtn no service delivery on new contracts

App**** for a contract last week the consultant phoned wednesday 11 Jan did everything and i was approved and deliery would take between 3 and 7 days i must just send the documents to the buymondo email adress did that between wed and friday about 10times with no reply.i qeuried it on the messenger app on fridag and was told dsv couriers would contact me for delivery.well well received an sms just now i must send the documents to get approved so i phoned them and they telling me now the reqeust was sent i must wait 2 days for an sms of approval then delivery would take place.
