MTN - NO SERVICE DELIVERY

DISGUSTING SERVICE - 3 months after they sent the wrong device and it has just been a constant struggle to get it sorted from there on. This is the service the provide for clients that has been with them for years......WE HAVE TO PAY YOU FOR SERVICE THAT IS NON EXISTANT YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. And this is for my mother in-law that is an elderly lady and has to sit up with this pathetic service, having to drive up and down from one end to another and still NO PHONE??????? And nobody at MTN is helpful at all send you from one department to another. SO HOPEFULLY IF YOU SEE THIS YOU HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY TO GET HER PROBLEM SORTED!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
