MTN no service

For nearly 4 years I have been requesting invoices to be mailed to me every month. I have had to email them every month to get this info. Not only that but they reply requesting email address and phone number despite sending me mails to my address .My cell number is on my signature. I have been to at least 4 mtn branches to get this sorted and nothing happens.Pathetic service .
