MTN - No Service - Customer or Cell Service

Two previous reviews before this one, 3 years in total, no response with regards to the horrible signal at my house.

This is the last chance that I will ever be giving MTN to sort out the signal, If I do not get a response by the end of this week, I will be proceeding with the move to Vodacom when my contract ends on the 15th of April 2022
