MTN no service

In Vryheid MTN has for the last month had poor signal, slow to no internet, dropped voice calls and one way communication. Spoke to many people in our area and everybody complaints. Cell phones and LTE routers having problems. I reported it to the MTN Coverage department and they don't know how to test it. Phoned MTN head office and they can't put you through to a manager to talk to. Well done MTN.
