MTN NO SERVICE

MTN has done it again. Had a contract for LTE sim card, R300/month. Had two months left on my contract but cancelled it due to bad service. Last month R600 was takin off and I confirmed that the contract was cancelled. This month MTN took off R2097.36. Went to the shop were I took out the contract and they confirm that the contract was cancelled. Filled in forms for complaint. Week later no reply. Went on web and log complaint. Another week later - No reply Phoned 083 135 several times nothing. At a 30% salary cut in these times they took the last bit of money I had for the month.
