MTN NO SERVICE

I have a contract ***) with mtn. My line has been suspended since Oct 2020. I am having a hard time restoring my line. When I call all is sorted, but my phone does not work. The last time I called I had to wait 2-24 hours and my phone would have been sorted. This morning I called again, now mtn does not have any computers working I have to call back in 2 hours. I am very disappointed
