Mtn No service at all

I Have an account with Mtn, there were I miss payment and they just handed my account over to legal without any correspondence to me, I than settled the arrears and my account needs to be up to date and they promise me I wont be getting calls by collectors, yet the collectors calls me everyday and they are arresting me.

The Ref *** account A*** [#349092] I never received any joy from Mtn and this is very very disappointing
