MTN no service and support

Following an MTN LTE service that was more down than up and a complaint to ICASA. MTN installed a microwave link to the MTN Tower in Boksburg East Industrial in May 2023. Since instalation this service have had regular connectivity failures.MTN support does not care or is incapable to solve the problem. They restore the link and give no feed back they don't olv the problem. Yesterday they sent a tech to us without any arrangements and after the tech left the connectivity was down before the tech arrived unannounced the connectivity was up. Our conectivity is still down. Managers are not contactable emails are not responded to. Looks like MTN does not worry about their poor service or complaints to ICASA. We're locked into a contract that is costing us bussines. Give MTN a miss and save yourself the hassle!
