MtN no service

I signed a new Black Friday LTE contract starting February 2025 in Oct 2024. MTN load that contract November 2024 on my cell phone number instead of my LTE number. Now my cellphone contract, which i stll pay, doesn't have data or airtime. 2 Months now and still nor fixed. In the meantime my MTN monthly went up with R300. Still no data or airtime for my cell contract. 2 months to fix their own mistake, and still waiting. The worst service provider. Doesn't care about their customers. 30 years Im a MTN customer with 4 contracts. Guess what's gonna happen my contracts expires
