MTN - NO SERVICE

On 24/03/2020 I went to MTN Mountain Mill Mall , Worcester and bought a data contract . Nazeema Roberts wrote out the contract. I am still waiting for my simm card and data. No service from them. On 13/5/2020 I decided to try and buy the same package online , because of the no-service policy I receive from Mountain Mill , Worcester. MTN Online Application no *** I still receive no-service. After I query the no service I received Query reference numbers *** and *** but still no service. What is going on with you MTN ??????????
