Mtn NO service

Have been trying to cancel a contract for over 3 months now. No answer when I phone or no reply on email, even though automatic response said a consultant will contact you in 48 hours. Have been into shop twice where they apparently can't help either. Quick to do new contracts but no service when wanting to cancel... So they deduct money from my account for something I have been trying to stop. Absolutely redicoulous. No service what so ever. Just happy my husband moved my personal and work contracts over to Vodacom!!!!
